Persian Rug Dining Room

Warm · Layered · Sunlit

A bright dining nook, dressed for daily use — a patterned rug to ground the space, soft sheers for light without losing privacy, and simple styling on the table itself. Same table, same chairs, same cabinets — just given a reason to gather.

The Opportunity

Bare bones,
begging for warmth.

The dining nook had good bones — a solid wood table, tall bay windows, an open sightline to the kitchen — but nothing grounding it. We added a patterned rug to define the space, soft sheer curtains for privacy without blocking the light, and a few simple touches on the table itself.

The Vision

What We Wanted to Change

Bare tile floor Wanted a patterned rug to ground the table
Bare windows Wanted soft sheers for light without losing privacy
Empty table Wanted simple, everyday centerpiece styling

What Stayed

Wood dining table & chairs Kept exactly as-is
Dark kitchen cabinets Kept for contrast against the warm rug
Open layout to the kitchen Already worked — left alone
